You win if you start your turn with a completed set on your hand and say "Meow!" If you don't have a set, you may either draw a card from the deck, take a card from an opponent's discard pile, or discard a card from your hand. If you discard an "A" card, each player must pass one of the cards from their hand to the player on their left.
