A great leader is needed to forge an alliance between the four fleets and unite the galaxy. Players will lead their alliances to victory by conquering planets in vast interstellar battles. The player with the most galactic influence at the end of the game wins.
The game takes place over a series of battles for control of a planet. Players draw cards in an attempt to make the strongest alliance from their hand of cards. Alliances must not contain duplicated fleets or ranks. Remaining in a battle and drawing new cards each require influence to be added to the planet. The victor in each battle wins the planet as well as any influence that has been added during the battle.
